Project Overview

MAPO, Blue Earth County, and the City of Mankato are leading the CSAH 16 (Stoltzman Road) Corridor Study. This study will assess how Stoltzman Road is working today (for vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists, buses, and other users) and how it could be improved. As part of this study, the project team will evaluate existing and future corridor issues and needs, engage with the community, and evaluate alternatives to identify a preferred future design improving overall corridor safety and operations for all users.
